Receiving the error message "Email and password don't match?" It's likely you haven't registered your email address yet.
Click the "sign up" button and enter your email and password.
- If you ARE already signed up, you will receive a message that says the email address is already taken.
- If you don't remember the password, you will need to request a password reset to log in.
If you're NOT already signed up, a 6 digit verification code will be sent to your email to verify your email address. Type that code into the following page that appears. Once you verify your account, you will gain access to your nonprofit's Impact Hub account.
