The confirmation email that contains the verification code is automatically sent to the email address that you used on the sign up form. The code should be sent to your email within moments of you submitting the form.


If it hasn't arrived:

  • check your spam / junk folder;
  • search for email including the word "Pledgeling," and be sure you're including your spam or junk folder in the search;
  • make sure you are looking in the same email account you used to register with Pledgeling.
