1. Navigate to "Customer donations" in your store's Give & Grow Donations app
2. Click "Show manual embed instructions"
3. Click "Copy" to copy first code snippet
4. Click "Online Store"
5. Switch to your newly opened Online Store tab
6. Click this icon to edit code for your online store theme.
Note: You can edit an unpublished theme if you do not want to edit your currently published theme.
7. Click "Edit code"
8. Go to [[theme.liquid]] file
9. Add copied code snippet right before end of [[<head>]] tag
10. Save your edit. Go back to Customer donations in app
11. Click "Copy" to copy second code snippet
12. Back in the other tab, look for a file like cart-drawer/slider-cart or something similar. This will usually be in the [[/sections]] folder. This should not be the main cart page.
13. Sometimes, the actual code is in a snippet like in this example.
14. Click this button.
15. Place the second code snippet wherever is suitable for you and your cart. In this example, it'll be added at the footer near the subtotal.
16. Save your edit.
17. Click "Preview store"
18. Open the slide-out cart to preview the donation button.
19. Check the placement of your donation button in your cart.
20. Done!
