If you are a donor, you can see your DAFpay donation immediately after you make your donation in your Personal Profile under My Donations. The time in which the nonprofit receives your donation, however, is determined by the nonprofit’s status on Chariot and the disbursement option they have configured with their DAF provider. In order to track the status of your DAFpay donation, find your donation confirmation email, and enter your unique donation tracking ID into the search field at https://secure.dafpay.com/tracking.

If you have received a DAFpay donation through a donation form or fundraiser page that you created, it will populate immediately in your Impact Hub as “Processing.” To view the donation itself, follow this path: Impact Hub > Fundraisers > Specific fundraiser > Donations > Specific donation labeled as “Processing.” If you expand the specific donation, you will be able to see the associated tracking information that you can then use to track the status of the donation on Chariot. Enter in the DAF tracking ID here: https://secure.dafpay.com/tracking.
