Pledgeling offers ACH (direct deposit) to send donations to nonprofits faster and more securely than paper checks!
Step 1: Go to your Impact Hub account
Start by logging in to your Impact Hub account and going to the "Disbursements" tab. Click on "Get Started" at the lower right:
Step 2: Finding your bank account
The best way to connect your bank account is logging into it via the Plaid option. This option is secure, private, and verifies your account immediately.
If your bank is not listed or Plaid is unable to verify your bank, you'll be able to fill out an online form with your ACH information so that our staff can verify and enter it.
Step 3: Pledgeling Review
Pledgeling then does a manual review to ensure the safety and security of your disbursements. If there are any concerns, someone may reach out to you to discuss the status of your bank account information.
This is a manual review of your account to ensure funds are going to the correct nonprofit.
