The system is flexible, so we can support many image and video formats. Here are some recommendations:
File size: Files should be under 100MB.
Image: High resolution .jpg or .png
Gif: Hi resolution and 12 slides or less.
Video: H.264 codec, .mov or .mp4 container, 29.97/30 frames per second, under 40 seconds in length.
Audio: we recommend AAC and a high bitrate.
