It should be in your email
Our system emails a tax receipt within minutes of successfully processing a donation, so if you don't receive it, search your email for the word "Pledgeling" and be sure to include your spam folder.
If it's not there, it's possible that you mistyped your email address on the donation form. Email email@example.com with the name you donated under, the email address you would have used on the donation form, the organization you donated to, and the approximate date and amount you donated. We don't necessarily need all this but it can help cut down on back-and-forth emails if we can't find your record right away.
You can also see your tax receipt online
Go to https://www.Pledgeling.com and click the "Sign In" button at top right. If you already have an account, log in.
If you don't have an account yet, on the login screen, below the large "Sign In" button, click the words "Sign Up." Fill out that form and wait for the verification email; when you receive it, click the link in the email. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
IMPORTANT: Each account only works for one email address, and it has to be the email address you used when you made the donations -- that's how our system connects the two. So if you made donations using the email firstname.lastname@example.org, if you create an account using the email email@example.com it will not find your donations.
After clicking the link, you should be at the log in screen. Now log in with the email address and password you just set up.
Once logged in you should be able to see your account. You can also click on the purple circle with your initials at the top right of the window and select "Your Account."
Below the large "Your Account," select the "Tax Receipts" option. On the Tax Receipts screen, select the calendar year you want, and you'll see a list of donations. If you print this page, it includes all the necessary language you'll need to support any itemization of these donations.
