How do I create or add a Zoom meeting to my fundraiser?

While creating your fundraiser page, scroll down to “Option: Add Zoom.” 

You can login to your Zoom account and add the fundraiser to an existing meeting or webinar, or create a new meeting or webinar. 



Can I raise funds for anyone or am I limited to nonprofits?

Fundraisers are currently limited to nonprofit charitable organizations. We expect to roll out crowdfunding capabilities later this year. Stay tuned!



Can I raise money for charities on Zoom meetings and webinars?

Yes, you can add a fundraising component to any Zoom meeting, webinar or virtual event using the virtual donation overlay.



How do I display live donations during my virtual event?

Install the Pledgeling virtual donation overlay; instructions are accessible from the Impact Hub Fundraisers overview page. Select “Instructions” under the Virtual Donation Overlay column next to your fundraiser. 



What version of Zoom do I need?

You must have Zoom Version 5.1.2 or higher to use the Donations by Pledgeling Zoom app.



Can I install the live donation plug-in on my iPad, or mobile device? 

The Donations by Pledgeling virtual donation overlay is currently only available on desktop - Mac and Windows.
