I requested an Impact Hub password reset but I don't see the email. Why?

IF you have an account registered with us, the password reset link should be sent to your email address within moments. So if you don't receive the password reset email within a minute or two, please make sure you've entered the email address you registered with, and check your spam folder.

HOWEVER … it's possible that you never linked your email address to your organization. In that case, requesting a password reset will show you a page that still says instructions for setting your password have been sent, BUT you will not receive this email. This is confusing and we plan to fix this.
