"Email and password don't match" error when I log in to Impact Hub

Receiving this error message? It's likely you haven't registered your email address yet.​

Click the "sign up" button and enter your email and password. If you're already signed up, you will receive a message that says the email address is already taken. If you are already signed up and you still receive the "email and password" don't match error, you will need to request a password reset to log into that account which is registered.

If you're NOT already signed up, a 6 digit verification code will be sent to your email to verify your email address. Type that code into the following page that appears. Once you verify your account, you will gain access to your nonprofit's Impact Hub account.
